Keti has over 20 years of experience working with humanitarian, development and peace-building organisations globally, in various capacities including as a front-line responder, programmes manager, projects coordinator, and a senior leader across Africa, Asia and Europe. Keti has successfully coordinated responses to complex emergencies, and represented leading global humanitarian organisations. She has developed and managed multiple programmes (with multi-million budgets) that promote inclusion, diversity, equality, knowledge sharing, and accountability and that enhance the capacities and resilience of local actors and communities. Keti holds a Master’s Degree in Post-War Reconstruction and Development from the University of York, UK. Her personal experiences as a woman and parent displaced by war fuel her dedication to creating lasting change for marginalised communities
Kate, has has over 20 years of experience in humanitarian, education and development sectors. She has led on numerous research and evaluations, and authored numerous learning programmes on gender, equality and inclusion. Kate worked with ADCAP (Age and Disability Capacity Building Programme) Consortium to develop the humanitarian inclusion standards for older people and people with disabilities. As Redr UK associate, she led on the research for closing the gender gap in WASH in South Sudan for IOM. She was the lead consultant for CHS Alliance for the Lessons from Emergency Contexts Pilot Guide. Kate has developed many self paced e-learning modules for various cluster coordination capacity strengthening and conducted numerous learning needs assessments in emergencies. Kate holds a Master’s degree in Gender, Education and International development, and has worked throughout Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Kate is also the safeguarding focal person for LCC
Hanna has over 15 years of expertise as a humanitarian Learning and Development (L&D) specialist, specialising in designing, facilitating, and quality assuring learning programmes and resources. Hanna has held roles such as Country Coordinator for Education for Development in Vietnam, and Senior Learning and Development Coordinator for RedR UK. Notably, she served as a lead consultant for HPass Humanitarian Learning Standards, leading global consultations across East Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, and aiding in the development of global standards. Currently pursuing a MA in Education (Advanced Practice) at UCL Institute of Education, her research focuses on learning within the humanitarian sector, reflecting her commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in L&D practices.
