We are fully committed to creating a safe, inclusive and dignified environment for the people and communities we serve, and for all our associates and staff.
Anyone can report any incident or misconduct that affects the integrity of LCC personnel, assets or operations. This includes: fraud and corruption, sexual exploitation and abuse, harassment, child safeguarding, security incidents, health and safety, and information security breaches.
You can report any misconduct or integrity incident involving LCC operations or personnel, especially violations of applicable laws, the Code of Conduct or other applicable regulations and policies (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation or Abuse, Anti-Harassment Guidelines, Fraud and Corruption, Security Regulations, Health and Safety, Data Protection, etc.) via LCC reporting system.
Please note that the more you give factual information (who, what, where, when, why and how), the more your report will be successfully followed by the case manager.

These channels are designed to prevent potential conflicts of interest and guarantee protection, regardless of the individuals implicated in the reported concern.
Each complaint should include a detailed description of the issue, its impact, and any relevant evidence or documentation supporting the claim if available.
We encourage to reveal your identity while reporting as you potentially facilitate an investigation and a proper follow-up. Nevertheless, you have the option to remain anonymous.
After you have submitted it, your report will follow several steps:
Acknowledgment of the receipt of your report (within three working days)
Assessment of the report. The relevant officer may contact you via the reporting system in case of questions or if additional information is needed. This assessment can lead to closing the case or to opening a fact-finding investigation.
Fact-finding investigation, again the relevant officer may come back to you. The investigation, especially in complex cases, can take up to several months.

All reports are sent to the responsible case manager. They will decide on the further procedure and contact you via the reporting system in case of questions or if additional information is needed. If requested, your anonymity will be protected.
